About Us

NAWIC Central New York #401 was chartered on March 18, 2026. The NAWIC Central New York Chapter is dedicated to strengthening and amplifying the success of women in the construction industry throughout the CNY region. As part of the National Association of Women in Construction, our chapter provides opportunities for education, professional development, networking, mentorship, community engagement, and industry advocacy. We bring together women and allies from all areas of construction to build meaningful connections, support career growth, and promote the impact women have on shaping the future of our industry. Through collaboration, leadership, and service, NAWIC CNY is proud to help create a stronger, more inclusive construction community in Central New York.
